which causes harm to an older person."
The Council on Aging of Ottawa has dealt extensively
with the issue of abuse to older persons throughout its 33-year history.

Council on Aging of Ottawa is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for all seniors. This includes
advocating for the prevention of elder abuse, increasing recognition of
elder abuse, and assisting seniors who are at risk, through promotion of
services that will enable them to obtain the support they need.
